I believe that weight loss has become far too complicated to achieve if you have to do everything at once. We tend to get lost, or have some initial success only to get distracted and have our attention diverted elsewhere.
This blog explores why we get confused when it comes to weight loss and everything that we read, see or hear about when trying to lose weight.

So from this I take it that you are saying to start with one area and make that a habit, then move on to another thing? If I’m right would you suggest one change in the area of exercise and one in the area of eating habits or should a person concentrate on only one thing at a time?
Thank you very much for your comment Linda.
In most cases the number of goals to set depends on the unique individual and their circumstances, but yes it is typically best to move from step 1 to step 2, then step 2 to step 3 rather than trying to move from step 1 to step 10 right away.
It is however important that any changes we make in our health are sustainable. We truly believe in the power of focus and your suggestion of concentrating on one nutrition goal and one exercise goal at one time is a great strategy.
Please keep the comments coming.
