Upon establishing consistent and frequent exercise with your weight loss coach you may choose to work separately with one of our renowned exercise coaches. Our exercise coaches provide customized exercise programs that are designed specifically for your body, your fitness facility and your goals. If you are really looking for a challenge you may also choose to be personally trained by one of our exercise coaches in our beautiful and private fitness facility.
